To avoid a cheater you should date a man who doesn’t own any pets as a single man with no commitments will be more committed to you. However, if you love animals then opt for a dog owner as they are the most faithful of all pet owners, you will be the man’s best friend (and hopefully more). Rabbit owners should be avoided or you will be hopping mad as 64% admitted to having an affair.

Avoid hamster owners at all costs if you don’t want to be stung for the entire bill. He will be filling his cheeks knowing that he may not pick up the tab.

The bird lover is the most likely to bring you flowers on a first date, closely followed by a dog owner. Fish and reptile owners are considered the least romantic.
